Losing weight can be done in many ways. Adjusting it to your needs or appetite also does not hurt so that the diet becomes more enjoyable and not burdensome.

Especially when young, many women feel they have lost their confidence due to excess weight and a body that is not ideal. 

Like one woman from India who claimed to lose confidence to always feel lonely because of her excess weight.

He has even been diagnosed with a disease caused by his overweight karema. Having felt down because of her weight, this woman managed to get up and prove herself to be better.

Quoting the Times of India (25/2), Shruti Singh who is still 21 years old had weighed up to 85.5 kilograms. With a height of 162 centimeters of course this weight includes excessive, even almost obese.

Until one day he began to lose confidence, feel lonely, have anxiety disorders and face some other emotional disorders, Shruti realized there was something wrong with his body. This excess weight also causes symptoms in the form of pain that arises in one of her breasts.

After consulting a doctor, Shruti Singh is recommended to start losing weight. This certainly made Shruti feel heartbroken and devastated. But it was this point that managed to arouse Shruti's spirit.

Shruti began to live a life as a vegetarian. The breakfast menu is opened with a handful of beans, vermicelli with vegetables, to drink tea without sugar. This meal is followed by stir-fry vegetables during the day and turmeric milk at night.

Running a life as a vegetarian for three months, making Shruti managed to lose weight up to 17 kilograms. Of course, this healthy diet is also balanced with light exercise that is done regularly.

Having excess weight, Shruti chooses to do sports in the form of walking regularly. Occasionally he also still eats sweet foods on his cheating day schedule.

But from day one to vegetarian, Shruti has avoided certain foods such as packaged foods, sugar, white flour and multiplying fruits and vegetables. In addition to health reasons, Shruti also admitted that her commitment to lose weight stems from her discomfort that continues to get ridicule from people around her.

After successfully losing weight, this woman from Moradabad, India claimed to live life as a different person. He now feels more confident and begins to socialize without having to get ridiculed from others anymore.
