Salad Pasta Food Recipes For Diet
This salad paste is an Italian pasta salad with olive oil dressing that is suitable to accompany your steak as a dinner menu.
Dieting is your attempt to lose weight, but often fails dieting due to difficulty in obtaining or processing diet-friendly food menus. However, who says making a healthy diet menu is difficult? The diet menu is actually easy to make with a very abundant variety of ingredients found in the market. One of them is salad pasta.

INGREDIENTS
For dressings
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning seasoning
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 piece of garlic in minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 large onion chopped
- 250 gr rotini short pasta
- 250 gr of cherry tomatoes
- 150 gr of mini mozzarella ball dry, split in half
- 150 gr salami cut length - length
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the dressings. Place all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and beat to combine.
- Chop the onion and put it in the dressing. Add finely chopped shallots and stir to combine. Set aside to soften as you prepare the rest of the salad.
- Cook pasta. Brew 2 liters of salted water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente — soft with just a little chewing — about 8 minutes or as per the packaging instructions. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath in a large bowl.
- Drain the pasta in cold water. Strain the paste and dip it in ice water and then set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
- Put the pasta salad ingredients in a bowl. Drain the pasta well. Transfer to a large bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella, salami, olives and parsley.
- Mix the paste with dressings. Add the sauce, including onions, to the pasta and stir until well mixed.
