Action Bronson on Losing 125 Pounds & Getting Fit

Action Bronson lost 127 pounds in the last nine months. The rapper wakes up around 4:30 a.m. to fit working out into his busy schedule. His workout routine includes lifting, bench pressing, and hitting a boxing bag. After his workout, Bronson eats a low carb meal of chicken and broccoli.
He's completely cut out dessert out of his life. The chef can eat five to 10 egg whites along with chicken and "lots of broccoli" tossed with olive oil and garlic.
Action Bronson has lost a ton of weight this year. Before his weight loss, Mr. Baklava was pushing 400 pounds—but just this year, he's dropped 125 pounds and counting. He shares the diet he's been using to transform his body, and his life.
